In the Market Square stands the impressive Gothic styled “St. Mary’s Basilica” (church). It was repaired in the 14th century and features the famous wooden altar. This religious masterpiece is the largest Gothic altar in the World. Also listen out for the trumpet call blasting from the church’s main tower which is sounded every hour……..
